Community Mindfulness Practice

These mindfulness practice sessions are offered by New Leaf Sangha, a local community practicing in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Each Sunday practice includes sitting and walking meditation, a short reading, and the opportunity to practice heartfelt sharing and deeply listening to one another. While these sessions are based on Buddhist teachings, you don’t need to be a Buddhist to join - all are welcome!
