we offer Fire Flow Yoga

Fire Flow Yoga is a blend of traditional and modern vinyasa yoga styles practiced in a heated studio at 100 degrees. The 1 hour class will stretch, strengthen and release in a most unique way. Though the poses are at an intermediate level the heat will challenge you to do your best.
