  • Bring a yoga mat and towel.  We do have mats to rent or purchase


  • If needed please cancel at least 3 Hours before class to allow for others to attend. 

  • There is a $10 fee for late cancel or no-show  

  • Arrive early. The door is LOCKED after class starts.  Because we are teaching, we are unable to open for late arrivals.
