For $25 monthly receive unlimited access to our online classes, our online library with over 200 recorded classes and now daily LIVE Streaming classes!

Membership will continue to renew until cancelled.

The membership must start between Nov 7, 2025 and Nov 7, 2027

Thank you for reserving.  We hope you enjoy class.

  • Bring a yoga mat and towel.  We do have mats to rent or purchase


  • If needed please cancel at least 3 Hours before class to allow for others to attend. 

  • There is a $10 fee for late cancel or no-show  

  • Arrive early. The door is LOCKED after class starts.  Because we are teaching, we are unable to open for late arrivals.
