We begin by delving into the process of making a sankalpa or intention to connect with your heart's desires for the New Year. Then lay back and relax into a restful awareness as you plant your intention during Yoga Nidra.
Enjoy the sound healing of the crystal singing bowls.  The harmonious sounds and vibrations combined with a deeply relaxed state brings you awareness to your own inner wisdom

Dress comfortably, and even bring your favorite extra layer. The room will be a cozy 85 degrees,
