Yoga Nidra or “psychic sleep” allows your body to completely relax as if you were asleep but your mind hovers in theta wave state of enlightening meditation. You lie, on the floor, warm and comfy, with blankets, bolsters and pillows in the therapeutic far infra red, gently heated studio.

You will be guided through the Yoga Nidra journey of progressive relaxation and images while listening to the sound bath of harmonic singing bowls. Yoga Nidra helps you to accept your nature, habits and limitations and access the deeper mind, the root of creativity.
