Classic sequence of 26 poses in the Bikram style. Each pose is done twice and held for 1 minute with a short break in between. Although not difficult in itself the combination and sequencing of the class is very physical. The room is heated and the body is allowed to stretch and release. Each pose is sensed on the cellular level allowing deep healing and complete release.
