Yoga & Paddleboarding Combine two of your favorite sports in this fun and empowering class.
Beginners or those experienced to yoga or paddleboarding enjoy this exciting combination. Instructor Kelly guides you through the elements of paddleboarding and then teaches easy poses to do on the board for water fun. More advanced yogis try headstands and backbends but not necessary. What ever floats your paddleboard and buoys your body/mind!
NOTE: this is not a series. These are individual classes for beginning paddleboard yoga participants
Dates: Sundays July 14th, 21st & 28th; August 4th, 11th,18th & 25th
Classes are at the Community Sailing Center on the waterfront North of the Cost Guard Station
