We begin with Tapas, and the fire of a heated Power Vinyasa practice to ignite your inner energies as we move with strength and body awareness. Shifting the practice and settling into Shani, slowing things down and inviting awareness, or Vidya to arrive in this deeper connection of mind and body. Closing we drop into a sweet and restful space allowing the body and mind to integrate between the two states of Fire and Water; leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
