New year new you workshop

1:30 – 3:30 PM $25 or 2 class passes
In this workshop, you will begin to clear and move the energies of the body and settle the mind to reflect on last year. You will have the opportunity to move yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally into a more holistic state of wellness. Come and join us on this journey of the self through yoga, meditation, and other techniques that will allow you to envision a bright and happy new year. Please bring writing materials such as a journal and a pen.
